重要法規修訂公告The regulation amendments of the Registration Section

法規修改公告

一、111學年度第2學期校務會議通過,本校學則刪除第37條,附設專科部學則刪除第31條,112學年度第1學期開始實施。

原條文內容如下:

學生某一科目除任課教師自定成績考核標準外,缺課時數(含事、病、公、喪、婚假、陪產假及曠課;不含生理假、產前假、分娩假、流產假、天然災害假、骨髓或器官捐贈假、原住民族歲時祭儀假及公假(防疫))達該科目學期實際授課總時數二分之一者(不含期中考試週與期末考試週),該科目學期成績以零分計算。

 

二、111學年度第2學期教務會議通過,本校休復學辦法第2條第一款,112學年度第1學期開始實施。

修改後辦法如下:

第二條 學生有下列情形之一,應令休學或勒令休學:

 一、學生事假及曠課缺課時數達該學期授課總時數(包括期中、期末考)三分之二者以上若有特殊情事得另行簽呈處理;進修部學生不受此限。

Announcement of Modification to Regulations

1.The University Affairs Committee meeting has passed the motion of deleting Article 37 of the University's Academic Policies in the 2nd semester of the 2022 Academic Year. In the same meeting, the motion of deleting the Article 31 of the University's Academic Policies for the Junior College Division has also been approved. The two modifications will be effected in the 2023 Academic Year.

 

The content before correction is as follows

Unless otherwise stipulated by an instructor, students who fail to attend half of the class sessions (excluding mid-term and final exam weeks) due to personal leave, sick leave, menstrual leave, official leave, bereavement leave, wedding leave, paternity leave, and truancy (exclusive of menstrual leave, prenatal leave, maternity leave, miscarriage leave, natural disaster leave, bone marrow or organ donor leave, indigenous ceremonial leave, and official (epidemic-prevention) leave) receive a zero as a semester grade for that particular course.

 

2. The first paragraph of the Article 2 of the Guidelines for Temporary Suspension (Resumption) of Schooling has been approved to be modified by the Academic Affairs Committee Meeting in the 2nd semester of the 2022 Academic Year. It will be put into effect in the 2023 Academic Year.

The amended regulations are as follows:

Article 2 A student shall be suspended or ordered to suspend school in any of the following circumstances:

1. If the student's personal leave and absenteeism exceed two-thirds of the total teaching hours of the semester (including mid-term and final exams). If there are special circumstances, a separate application will be issued. This rule does not apply to students of the Continuing Education Division.
