112學年度第2學期日間大學部申請輔系、雙主修、學分學程身份辦理事宜 Day Division Students for the 2st Semester in 2023: Application for minors, double majors and programs

一、申請時間：113/5/20-113/5/24，逾期不受理。

二、申請對象：

  1. 申請輔系雙主修：日四技各學系學生得自第二學年起至最高修業年級第一學期止（不包含延長修業年限）。
  2. 申請輔系雙主修：日二技各學系學生得自第一學年第一學期起至最高修業年級第一學期止(不包含延長修業年限)。
  3. 申請學分學程：本校大學部四年制二年級、二年制三年級以上學生及研究生(依學程資格申請)得於最高修業年級之第一學期結束前 (不包含延長修業年限)。

三、申請流程：

1.請先至課務組網頁-輔系、雙主修、學分學程專區查詢「各系輔系及雙主修規定」、「各學程規劃書規定」，並確定是否符合申請資格(https://d002.wzu.edu.tw/category/152937)

    2.線上申請輔系雙主修學程身份，請參閱附件「輔系、雙主修及學程線上操作手冊」。

四、公告核准名單：113/6/7

五、注意事項：

  1. 申請雙主修、輔系者，需留意各系雙主修、輔系之語檢畢業門檻規定，始符合畢業規定。 
  2. 申請合格者不得於學期中申請放棄，欲放棄者需於當學期結束後次學期加退選時透過網路申請放棄，若有申請二個以上之輔系雙主修或學程者，請向各系提出書面申請（例如Ａ生同時有法文及德文二種身份，要放棄其一，請書面申請）。 
  3. 其他相關規定請參閱本校輔系、雙主修及學程修讀辦法。

II. Qualifications

  1. Minors and Double Majors :Students enrolled in any major in four-year degree programs can apply to pursue a minor field or double majors of study between their second year and the first semester of their last year (excluding extended time needed to complete their studies)
  2. Minors and Double Majors :Students enrolled in any major in two-year degree programs can submit requests to pursue a minor field or double majors of study between their first semester and the first semester of their last year (excluding extended time needed to complete their studies)
  3. Programs: Sophomore students in the four-year college, junior and senior students in the two-year college, and graduate students can (excluding extended time needed to complete their studies). Students enrolled in two-year programs can submit request to pursue a concentration between their first semester and the first semester of their last year (excluding extended time needed to complete their studies).
