第一條
本辦法依據大學法施行細則第25條及本校學則第19條訂定之。

第二條
校際選課應以本校各教學單位未開設或有特別需要之課程為限，並以合作互惠交換選課為原則。

第三條
本校各教學單位擬接受外校選課之科目須先行徵得授課教師之同意。

第四條
校際選課之科目學分數最多以六學分為限，並不得超過該學期在本校修課總學分數之三分之一，修習總學分數低於九學分者（含九學分）不受三分之一限制。選課學分是否計為畢業學分由各學教學單位決定。

第五條
外校學生向本校校際選課之科目學分數，每學期最多以六學分為限，並應於每學期本校開學後，至加退選課程截止日期內辦理校際選課手續，逾期不予受理。

第六條
學生校際選課應填具校際選課申請表，本校學生至外校選課之截止日期應依對方學校所規定時間為主，外校生至本校選課須以本校所規定時間主，再依各校程序繳交學分費、實習費等及辦理；如未按規定完成選課者，其成績不予承認。

第七條
他校學生依規定辦理選課後，除開課人數不足外，不得辦理退選退費。

第八條
本校學生選修他校課程，如有與本校選課相衝堂者（含至上課地點往返時間），一經查出，均以零分計算。

第九條
本校學生選修他校課程者，其授課、考試及成績計算均依照外校規定辦理，他校學生選修本校課程者亦同。

第十條
本校接受他校學生選課，應於每學期結束後將選課學生成績單寄送至其申請者之學校。

第十一條
非依本辦法之規定，本校學生不得向外校申請校際選課，各教學單位亦不得接受外校學生向本校申請校際選課。

第十二條
本辦法經教務會議通過，報請校長核定後實施；修正時亦同。
